On August 8, 2019, JD.com and LÄTT LIV signed a strategic cooperation agreement to establish a supply chain joint venture. By combining JD.com’s outstanding intelligent supply chain technology and LÄTT LIV’s mature supply chain system, it creates a supply chain of household products and JD.com exclusive brand to not only provide JD.com with products of exclusive discount to satisfy small-town and rural consumers, but also explore supply chain services business model.
